VoxPop – Many children got Hepatitis in all around the world, and the scientist guess the strongly suspect of that condition maybe caused by a type of Adenovirus. So, what is Adenovirus? And why it can cause cases of hepatitis in Children?

A report by The Sun, virus are always there and it can cause unpleasant symptom. There are 50 mutation of virus, but the scientist in Department of UK Health Safety say, it suspected because strain 41F.

Hepatitis has a very rare side effect of the virus, with 114 children in the UK having been tested for the disease. Most children affected by 41F experience symptoms such as pain and diarrhea, followed by yellowing of the skin.

Adenoviruses are common and can cause a variety of symptoms in humans. These include symptoms of the common cold and flu, fever, sore throat, bronchitis, pneumonia, conjunctivitis, gastro problems such as aches and diarrhea.

“Some adenovirus can spread with infected feces, for example when changing diapers. Adenovirus can spread through water too, such as pools, but this less common to happened.” Says Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

“Sometimes virus can decay in a long time after someone cured from the adenovirus infection, especially the one with weak immunity. This kind ‘Virus Shedding’ can happened without any symptoms, even though that person can spread adenovirus to someone else.”
